They say that when you pursue your passion, work doesn’t feel like work at all. When I delved into the realm of federal criminal law, a flame ignited within me. The injustice of it all resonates deeply with me. There’s nothing that bugs me more than witnessing someone being treated unfairly, and unfortunately, the federal criminal justice system is often far from fair or “just.”

With my blog, I aim to not only inform but also raise awareness about the ongoing developments in the world of criminal justice and postconviction remedies. My hope is to ignite meaningful conversations and inspire collective action towards rectifying wrongful convictions and unjust sentences. Postconviction relief has been my focus for more than 15 years, driven by compassion and a strong desire for justice.
